Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I'm a senior manager in the NHS and a qualified resilience coach.
​
In January 2017 I was signed off work with stress and burnout. In my recovery, I discovered the power of building your resilience.
​
Now, I want to share that power with you so can avoid exhaustion and burnout and live a fulfilled life.
​
I especially love to support other women in healthcare manage conflict, handle pressure and inspire others.
​
Through private, 1-2-1 coaching or through my tailor-made online course, you can learn how to make small changes to your daily life which have a huge impact on your well-being and happiness - for you and those around you.
